I highly recommend learning to use a Peptide Calculator it can make calculating doses EASY
Ex. 5mg Vial of MOTs – C
ADD 2ml Bacteriostatic Water to vial (Sterile Solution)
At this Ratio every 10 units on a 1ml insulin syringe is 250mcg
10 units (.1ml) = 250mcg (.25mg)
20 units (.2ml) = 500mcg (.5mg)
100 units (1ml) = 2500mcg (2.5mg)
Ex. 10mg Vial of MOTs – C
ADD 2ml Bacteriostatic Water to vial (Sterile Solution)
At this Ratio every 10 units on a 1ml insulin syringe is 500mcg
10 units (.1ml) = 500mcg (.5mg)
20 units (.2ml) = 1000mcg (1mg)
100 units (1ml) = 5,000mcg (5mg)
Quick Notes:
- Some suppliers may offer the peptide in different MG; if it’s not a 5mg vial, it will change the ratio.
- Examples: 2mg vial, 10mg, 20mg vial.
- You don’t HAVE to use 2ml BAC, but if you go with a different amount, it changes the ratio.
- Example: If you only add 1ml BAC to a 5mg vial, then every 10 units will equal 500mcg.
- For simplicity’s sake, I typically use 1–2ml, but vials can fit 3ml BAC.

I have been able to recover and go on to experience days, months and years feeling good again. Days where I have felt happy, at peace and content with life. Days I have been able to be fully present with loved ones and just enjoy the simple things in life.
