I typically like to go <strong>1\/2 to sometimes even 1\/4 the &#8220;suggested starting dose&#8221;.<\/strong> This helps to mitigate subject side effects as well as give the subjects body time to adjust to the peptide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Based on that first dose response<\/strong> I will then slowly titrate up towards doses that have been found efficacious in the literature.<\/li>\n<li>So in this situation my approach would be a test dose for <strong>week 1 at approximately .15mg (150mcg)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This would be <strong>1\/2 the lowest dose studied<\/strong> that showed efficacy for weight loss<\/li>\n<li>For subjects who tend to be EXTREMELY sensitive I would consider a test dose of <strong>1\/4 the lowest dose studied.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This test does is NOT to try and lose weight that first week but to gauge tolerance\/ avoid side effects. Subjects may notice benefits at a lower dose, personally I do not like to rush tapering up if subject is having benefits at lower doses.<\/li>\n<li>Same ole principles I preach \ud83d\ude42 <strong>START LOW and SLOW then SLOWLY TAPER UP and back off &#8211; slow titration if needed. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This approach ALWAYS helps to mitigate side effects with ALL PEPTIDES.
