Scarlett Lewis Featured by School Safety Grant

Scarlett Lewis, founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement, was recently featured in the School Safety Grant’s Monthly News & Update. Scarlett is a member of the School Safety Grant Selection Committee, a program that works with law enforcement, schools and communities to implement and install life-saving technology that immediately improves safety and security.

The School Safety Grant program seeks out and provides technology solutions that will help speed up the time in responding to an active shooter situation, plus provide law enforcement with actionable intelligence and enhanced controls to help respond to an active shooter situation.

Working closely with its partners, the School Safety Grant offers a number of custom-built grants of software and products valued up to $40,000 to help education systems revamp, rebuild and reinforce their school safety and integrate existing technology seamlessly with first responders.

The School Safety Grant was founded by Parkland parent Andrew Pollack and a community of those who have experienced or been affected by a school shooting.
