Research shows that a regular gratitude practice can improve your mood, combat stress and help you sleep better \u2014 and it is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/health\/be-thankful-science-says-gratitude-good-your-health-t58256\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">good for your physical health<\/a>, too.<\/p>\n<p>While you&#8217;re walking you can also focus on positivity and gratitude.
