The program will launch on the sixth anniversary of the Sandy Hook School shooting and is available to parents, caregivers and community groups at no cost.<\/p>\n<p>Creating a more peaceful world starts in the home. Your family can learn <em>how<\/em> to choose love through our Choose Love At Home program which is based on the success of our <a href=\"https:\/\/chooselovemovement.org\/choose-love-enrichment-program-at-a-glance\/\">Choose Love Enrichment Program<\/a>, a no cost K-Grade 12 social and emotional learning program.<\/p>\n<p>Jesse Lewis, a victim of the Sandy Hook school shooting, left behind a message written on the household chalkboard, \u201cNurturing, Healing, Love\u201d. This became the inspiration for his mother, Scarlett Lewis, to create the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement and this simple yet profound formula for choosing love:<\/p>\n<p>Courage + Forgiveness + Gratitude + Compassion-in-Action = Choosing Love.<\/p>\n<p>When we understand how powerful these principles are, we will create a safer, more connected world.
