At the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement, we know that we, as individuals, have a choice in how to respond to the fear and anxiety the development of the Coronavirus is creating inside us all \u2014 especially children.\u00a0 We could choose to give in to fearful thinking and dwell on the growing chaos and hysteria, or we could find the courage to come together as a Movement and model for each other and our children how to be part of the solution.<\/p>\n

We are excited to channel our passion for the power of the Choose Love Formula into a limited-time series of live online classes, geared toward elementary school aged children and their parents, which will include a daily Choose Love lesson, interactive discussion prompts, a downloadable activities, and a suggested project for the day that children will be invited to share and discuss during the next online class.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m an adult, and even I am feeling anxious about recent developments related to the Coronavirus,\u201d says our Founder Scarlett Lewis. \u201cUnexpected school closures are exacerbating anxiety among children and families, who are suddenly faced with at least 14 days of unstructured downtime. Meanwhile, we have created free programs that teach children \u2013 and parents \u2013 how to effectively manage their emotions and respond calmly to any situation, that are accessible to anyone, anywhere via our website.\u00a0 What better time is there to take children and their families by the hand and lead them through a series of these life-changing lessons online?\u201d<\/p>\n

The classes will begin on Monday, March 16, 2020 and run during the weekdays at 12PM EST through Friday, March 27, 2020 (at which time we hope that the spread of the virus will be under control enough for children to return to school!)<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE – We will be recording the classes and they will be available for replay for all registered attendees.\u00a0 If for some reason you are unable to access the live class (there has been overwhelming demand!) don’t worry — you will be emailed the replay link as soon as it is available.<\/p>\n
