Moriah Gillis<\/strong> earned her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law, graduating with High Honors and ranking second in her class. She also spent a year as a visiting student at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Real Estate Transactions. Moriah holds a B.A. in English from Colgate University.<\/span><\/p>\nMoriah brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to her practice, which focuses on corporate and business law, as well as commercial real estate transactions. She has over ten years of experience in investment management, working with Wellington Management Company, LLP and Ashfield & Co. Inc. and has served as a Law Clerk Intern to the Hon.
