Stability and Support<\/h2>\n

Intensive In-Community service is a home and\/or community-based intervention provided by a licensed clinician, specialized in servicing children, adolescents, and young adults. This service is offered to assist at-risk youth ages 5-21 and their families in overcoming and successfully managing the obstacles of a range of emotional, social, and\/or behavioral concerns. Our professional and experienced clinicians are held to the highest standard and offer individualized treatment plans tailored to the youth and family. These services are geared to offer stability and support in order to prevent potential need for higher level of services.<\/p>\n

IIH<\/h2>\n

Intensive In-Home (IIH) service is a home and\/or community-based intervention provided by a licensed clinician (IIH-C) or behaviorist (IIH-B), specialized in servicing children, adolescents, and young adults with Intellectual and\/or Developmental Disabilities. IIH providers are trained to address and treat the potential diagnosis of co-occurring mental health challenges. This service is offered to assist at-risk youth under the age of 21 years old and their families in overcoming and successfully managing the behavioral, social, academic, adaptive, and emotional challenges associated with Intellectual and\/or Developmental Disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Genetic Disorders. Our professional and experienced clinicians are held to the highest standard and offer individualized treatment plans tailored to the youth and family. These services are geared to offer stability and support in order to prevent potential need for higher level of services.<\/p>\n

BA<\/h2>\n

Behavioral Assistant (BA) service is a home and\/or community-based intervention provided by a certified professional, specialized in servicing at-risk children, adolescents, and young adults aged 5-21 and their families. BA\u2019s work in conjunction with a licensed clinician providing coinciding IIC or IIH services. BA\u2019s assist in executing treatment goals established by the licensed clinician and family to address and assist the family in the management of a range of behavioral, social, or emotional needs. The BA role is flexible to meet the diverse needs of the youth and family.<\/p>\n

Mentor<\/h2>\n

Mentor services are provided to collaborate with youth and their families with the goal of providing support as a positive role model to at-risk youth ages 4-21 years old. Mentors provide a positive outlet for children, adolescents, and young adults offering inspiration, guidance, and encouragement with the goal of leading youth to their fullest potential.<\/p>\n

Biopsychosocial Needs Assessment (BPS NA)<\/h2>\n

The Biopsychosocial Needs Assessment (BPS NA) is an assessment tool conducted by a licensed clinician to determine treatment needs and treatment planning for a range of mental health services provided to at-risk youth and their families. The assessment is completed within the home or community setting and considers the youth\u2019s functioning across a variety of life domains. This assessment is necessary for children entering the Children\u2019s System of Care and is one of the first steps in initiating services.<\/p>\n
