PARENT* EMPOWERMENT
Through parent prevention education, we equip them
with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to effectively support and advocate for their child’s health and well-being. Fostering strong communication and connection between parents and youth allows parents
to better understand their child’s needs and available prevention resources. This work enhances the effectiveness of youth services and reinforces a supportive environment where parents feel confident and capable of guiding their children toward positive decision-making.
*Parent is used broadly to include parents, guardians, and other caring adults.
