Hampton Athletics Foundation: Powering Our
Pirates to Excellence
Sustaining excellence requires vision and
investment. The Hampton Athletics Foundation
(HAF) is the dedicated philanthropic arm
supporting our 17 varsity programs and more than
360 student-athletes.
•
Philanthropic Support: The Foundation provides
a structured giving model, offering investor
levels from $150 annually to the President’s
Club at $10,000 annually, ensuring that
every supporter can contribute to the Pirates’
success.
•
Student Impact: Unrestricted gifts fund
scholarships, facility upgrades, equipment, and
nutrition programs that directly support both
men’s and women’s teams.
•
Alumni Engagement: Alumni such as Derek
Lewis ‘88, an inaugural member of the Pirate
Leadership Society, exemplify the spirit of giving
that sustains our athletic legacy.
The Foundation is not simply a fundraising vehicle,
it is a community of champions united in purpose.
Through collective investment, HAF is building the
infrastructure that keeps Hampton competitive
and campaign-ready for the future.
