Roger Plizga
With over 30 years in wholesale plastics distribution, I have excelled in executive management, consulting, restructuring, acquisitions, national accounts, commercial strategy, CRM implementation, strategic planning and organizing, recruiting, sales management, P&L management, supplier & customer relationships, and budgeting. I spent most of my distribution career growing and developing national, regional, and individual brands. Those responsibilities included overseeing up to 23 business units that generated more than $250,000,000 in sales revenue with full P&L responsibility.
In addition to my accomplishments in wholesale plastics distribution, I am also a passionate entrepreneur. In October of 2022, I founded The Omnia Group, an independent firm that specializes in representing plastic manufacturers. At The Omnia Group, we leverage our industry knowledge and network to connect manufacturers, clients, and markets, delivering comprehensive representation services that foster sustainable partnerships and mutual benefits.
Looking ahead, I remain dedicated to driving success and making a meaningful impact.
